Main shower
We really love our new shower from Home Pro of West Michigan. We started with a representative ( Michelle) coming out, looking at what we needed, measuring everything then going over the process, options, financing and care of the bathroom and warranty. She was very knowledgeable and friendly. Ordering and install was just over a month close to two but we were told how long it would be. We were contacted and a date set for install. On the start day the installer came in, covered our floor from entrance to project to protect and keep everything clean. He took one day to remove the old shower and do what ever needed attention behind the old shower and placing reinforcements for the bar I wanted placed. Day two was the install. During this process Chad Mustain did a great job explaining what he was doing, asking where we wanted our shelves and bar placed and showing us the process. The end result was beautiful. We have another bath that we will definitely use Home pro again

New shower
We need a new handicap accessible shower and decided to go with HomePro. It was a good decision. They were very professional and kept us updated on the project. Collin and Rob completed the hop in two days. I would recommend this company for any of your home remodel projects.

McKennen and Charlie are personable Professionals who turned our old tub and shower space into a spa. Actually, a beautiful walk-in shower my wife and I love. If you need a new shower or bath, you would be unable to find two expert installers better than McKennen & Charlie.
New Tub Installation
Our experience was fantastic, the guys were on time and they did a marvelous job they were neat and cleaned up afterwards. These guys were very professional and finished their work in a timely manner. I was very pleased with the work.
Impeccable In-House Installation - Bath Conversion
After we bought our house last year, we discovered that the walk-in shower in the main bath had broken grout which led to water leaks and mold. We met with Chris who explained how Home Pro could service our needs and we sat down to discuss the extent and complexity of the bath upgrade we were looking for. He was able to provide a quote and demonstrated, as I found out, the honored Home Pro practice of putting the customer before anything else; there are plenty of material and design options that will balance your needs as a human and the needs of your budget. After we received our quote and estimated service delivery date, we made the decision to move forward; the actual bath upgrade met up approximately with their estimate, too. The actual work was done by the rootin', tootin', reciprocating-saw shootin' and silicone slingin' dream team of McKennen and Charlie. These champs made sure our chump of a shower got the work it needed to turn it into a *stunning* new construction shower and bath. They exercised care while in our home and exorcised the necessary dust and debris evolved from the process; the only reason my wife and I didn't eat our dinner from the floor of the tub right after they were done was because we still had to wait for the silicone to dry - we are that satisfied. Contractors get a bad rep in a lot of professions but, seriously, these guys are the real deal. If you're on the fence about a project, you may as well ask for a quote and see what they can do!
