Excellent Installation
Travis did an excellent job installing our tub replacement walk in shower. We love the sleek look of the subway style panel all the way to the ceiling. No grout to worry about cleaning. Very accessible in case some day we would need a shower chair or special shower equipment. It is exactly what we were looking for. Travis was great! He answered any of our questions and asked our opinion if he had any questions. Best of all, he cleaned up after the installation was complete. I would recommend him anytime.

Walk-In Shower Remodel
I had my old shower kit converted to a walk-in shower with a bench seat by Home Pro of West Michigan in January of 2023. I was very impressed with Chris, the Design Consultant, who came to my home to review my project with me. He gave an excellent presentation covering all the items I wanted, options available to me and cost saving suggestions. Colin and Jeremy, a great team, were my installation crew. They were professional, friendly and worked with me to accommodate my design needs. They took time to explain and answer all my questions. They used drop cloths, picked up and disposed of the old materials, and vacuumed regularly as each step of the project got completed. Everyone throughout the project did a great job from Chris, Dan the plumber, Colin & Jeremy, and even Terry at the home office all worked with me to get the shower I dreamed of. I love it! Just a suggestion - I just wish I had a piece of the scrap wall material to match against for flooring, wallboard, paint and other redecorating items. I am sure your clients would appreciate that.

Exactly what we needed for dad's safety
This company is amazing from start to finish! We sat down and were able to design our ideal walk in shower and they financed it that day. It took a little while to get our shower parts in but once they were, the builders and plumbers were in and out in 2 days. The builders were super professional and very nice even when our giant dog got into the bathroom with them. Will recommend to everyone!
Tub to walk in shower
I recently had my fiberglass one-piece tub/shower kit converted to a walk-in shower by Home Pro of West Michigan. First of all, I was very impressed with the knowledge and the suggestions that Chris the sales person had, who came to my home to review my project with me. We talked about options, cost saving ideas, pros and cons, and ultimately Chris helped me design a walk-in shower I am very pleased with. Then came the installation. I had Derick and Anthony as my crew, and I couldn't be happier with what they did. They were knowledgeable, courteous, and friendly. You never know what you're going to find when you do any remodeling project and start tearing out walls, etc. They laid drop cloths down, picked up and disposed of the old materials, and vacuumed regularly as each step of the project got completed. A great product installed by a great crew
10/13/2022. A great crew (Derrek and Anthony) just finished installing a walk in in shower. This crews knowledge of their trade, and their expert installation of materials were to be commended. They took care to ensure each step was completed to amazing standards. They took the time to answer any questions I might of had, and did it cheerfully. I watched as they placed the wood for backings of the hand rails. Those rails are rock solid. They really showed me that the price I paid was a real value. Thank you guys, you are the best.
